Shipping wine from Italy or Belgium to any EU country is legal, provided that it is shipped to a private individual for personal consumption.

Taxes/Duties?
EU customers are not subject to import duties and taxes on orders not exceeding 48 bottles (8 cases). Minimum order is 6 bottles (1 case).

We use international express courier service.

Our wine and oil are shipped in durable cardboard boxes that hold 6 standard "Bordolese" wine bottles.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and left our premises.

Guidelines
Azienda Terre di Trente ships to the all EU countries:

The minimum order is a case of 6 bottles and weighs approximately 10kg (22 lbs).

Under EU regulations a maximum of 48 bottles (8 boxes) per order for all EU shipments.
Multiple destinations for the same order is not permited.

Placing your order, you need to provide :
* a shipping address where someone will be present between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

*Leave special delivery instructions if applicable. Couriers cannot honor request or leave the shipment at its destination without a signature.

*After the second notice, the shipment is returned to us.
We will only re-ship at the customer's expense.

Damaged Shipments
Before you sign for your shipment
look inside the box to make sure that none of the bottles has broken.
If you notice a broken bottle, go ahead and sign for it anyway but
on the acceptance slip (the document the courier will ask you to sign in order to accept the shipment) make sure you note exactly which product was damaged.
Then, notify us immediately either by phone at + 39 340 30 75433 or email us so we can either ship you a replacement product or offer you credit towards your next order.
